“Nieuczciwy właściciel, stosujący OVERBOOKING”
I would not recommend booking this place. The owner practices overbooking. I had a reservation, but the owner sent me a message asking me to cancel because “a different reservation was made just moments ago. We apologize for the situation, but unfortunately your reservation is no longer valid.” Then he added, “Unfortunately I don’t have a replacement property because it’s a private caravan that is already occupied by other guests from yesterday.” I didn’t agree to cancel, and I also heard the same advice from Booking, telling me not to do it. If I had agreed, I might not have gotten my money back (even though the owner promised otherwise and urged me to do so). Booking was positive because I got my money back and could book somewhere else with a small surcharge (there were no similarly attractive offers nearby at the time). I advise not to succumb to the owner’s pressure and to calmly handle the unpleasant situation. I do not recommend booking at this place.
