“Prima verblijf in centrum”
I stayed in a spacious room that comfortably fit three people and the bathroom was lovely. The room was warm and lacked natural ventilation; we could use the air‑con but it wasn’t adjustable.

The property is super central, which was very convenient. The room had a pleasant atmosphere and the building itself was nice. Breakfast was delicious and kept replenished, and the thick pillows were a real bonus. We slept in the basement, which felt a little cramped, and it was odd not to have a physical front desk.

There were no positives. The room I booked was different from what I received; I ended up in a separate building altogether. The room on the –1 floor had a window that let in outside noise and cold air, so I don’t think it could be called a four‑star hotel.

The location was good. There was no reception desk. When I checked in and spoke to the computer screen at 7 p.m., I was told that my room might not be prepared; fortunately it was, but nothing could be done because no staff were on site.
