The facilities are very good and practical. The staff treatment was very bad, lacking customer‑service skills or problem‑solving. They rented the room to someone else and we had to leave in the middle of the night to find another place; they didn’t even allow us access to the bathroom. After nearly an hour of urgency, we had to leave, and we never received better service for that reason.

The room and bathroom were clean, the linens were fresh and odorless, and the bedroom was expanded. However, the mattresses were either too soggy or too firm and clearly worn out; the hotel should replace them. The décor is pretty but a bit overdone, and the bathroom lacks a clear spot for the toilet paper.

The place was clean, had an interesting décor that looked newly renovated, and the price was good. The room was too hot and had only a ceiling fan, which was insufficient, but they kindly moved us to a better‑ventilated room.
