The location is good. The cleaning service was not good because it left the room for more than 4 hours and when I returned it had not been cleaned.

المكان جميل ومتصل بدبي مول والغرفه بسيطه وهادئه والسرير مريح والموظفون رائعون خصوصا luber & shahnool اتمنى كتبت اساميهم صح كل شي متوفر بالغرفه والخدمه سريعه راح اكرر السكن بالفندق يصلح للي يبي مايطلع من دبي مول وسفرته سريعه والاطلاله حلوه. الغرفه صغيره ولكن تقسيمتها جيده

The hotel was spotless and smelled wonderful all around, and the breakfast spread was impressive. My room was the right size for a solo traveler, had blackout curtains, and the windows faced the mall street, so noise was well isolated. Having a direct entrance to the mall was a huge plus. Every staff member was friendly and courteous throughout my visit. This is by far the best hotel I've stayed in Dubai, even after many stays elsewhere.
