The facilities, cleanliness, and staff treatment were exceptional. In the room everything was charged by the hotel. My children stayed in a second room and found items such as cords, plugs, razors, sanitary towels, and insect repellent without any indication of the cost or that they were not included. My children opened everything out of curiosity and I ended up paying an extra $50 for it. The hotel should make it clear that these items are not included in the price.

The space was generous. The night we wanted to use the jacuzzi, there was no hot water because the hot‑water valve outside the room had been closed. The next day they opened it and hot water was available.

The place is stunning, with unforgettable landscapes and sunsets, and it’s well maintained. The pools and jacuzzi areas are comfortable, clean, and very pretty. The peacocks around the open areas and the horses add a special touch. The food was okay, and the staff were friendly and polite. However, the booking process claimed “paid at the property,” yet the hotel demanded a front payment, citing a “declined” card that hadn’t actually been declined. Breakfast offered few options. Room 30 was just below the rooftop, making it extremely noisy with music and not sound‑proofed at all. When staying at a hotel like this, one expects a relaxing and quiet night.

Everything was absolutely perfect: the scenery is stunning, the food is delicious, and our room (at least ours) was clean and tidy. What we liked most was the excellent service from Juan Carlos, Diego Kel, and Diego Leon, who always helped with a smile and were very approachable. We highly recommend this place; if it feels expensive, it’s because it’s a luxury resort and all the good things come at a cost. The only downside before arrival is a cobblestone path that causes a bit of trouble; it would be better if it were paved.
