The building with that name doesn't exist, and this place turned out to be a scam.

The room was just a bed and some space, and I had to wait an hour for reception staff, who were unresponsive and maintenance was terrible.

Located on the main road, the hotel is close to temples and the bus stand, staff are friendly and quick to reply, and the price fits the budget, but there were rats in the room—one even died hanging from the AC, which was turned off at night and required me to go to reception to switch it on; the washroom and basin weren't fully functional, and there was no dining, forcing me to eat elsewhere.
