I was blown away by everything here: the rooms are huge with super comfy beds, hot water comes on instantly in the bathrooms, the breakfast spread is huge, you can grab free tea any time, and the location is unbeatable. The staff are super attentive and friendly. I liked everything.

The view from the Superior room is fantastic! The location is perfect and still very quiet. Breakfast was great and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

The hotel is well hidden, but once you find it, it’s a lovely spot. Our room was cozy and had everything we needed: a big bed, a nice shower, AC, a heater, and a warm vibe. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The location is quiet yet close to the central square. When many guests wanted to eat breakfast at the same time, there was sometimes a table missing in the breakfast area, and supplies were sometimes restocked a bit late. The location is hard to find when you arrive; you have to go down a little alley and the hotel ends up in the middle of the block. A pre‑arrival explanation would be great.

A small stylish hotel. All the staff were kind. It’s close to Almas Square, and there are plenty of restaurants around, so nothing inconvenient. The room had heating and was comfortable. The shower water was good. Free drinks like Coca‑tea were plentiful, so you can return to the hotel to rest after a day of walking the city.
