The location was perfect, just a short walk from the sea, shops, and the airport, but the hotel was poorly sound‑proofed and the noise was a real nuisance.
The hotel was very clean and the staff were always friendly, though the breakfast could have offered more variety; the cake was excellent.
The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the welcome was good.
“speciale”
I spent one night at this AIC‑certified hotel and the experience was outstanding; as a celiac, finding a place that guarantees safety and care is essential, and here I felt completely at ease. The staff were kind, helpful, and well‑versed in managing celiac disease. The breakfast was a highlight, with a wide selection of gluten‑free items and delicious homemade cakes also available in gluten‑free versions. Such attention to detail and quality is rare, and it made the stay even more enjoyable. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone, especially those with celiac, who want a welcoming place where they can dine with peace of mind. I will definitely return!
“In sintesi, non consiglio questo hotel per una vacanza piacevole che includa pasti sani.”
I stayed seven nights at this all‑inclusive hotel. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the beach was just a 5‑minute walk away. The negatives were numerous, affecting both food and services. Breakfast was repetitive, low in nutrition (high in carbs), and offered only one type of ham and cheese, a few cakes, yogurt, and cereals; people with diabetes or other health issues had nothing suitable. Vegetables (cucumbers, tomatoes, peppers) and proteins (eggs) were missing, which are healthy foods. For lunch and dinner, instead of a buffet, a sheet with the menu—appetizer, first course, second course—was given, and guests had to write their choices for the next day. Lunch was very low in protein (the meat was almost invisible on the plate), portions were tiny, and dinner was the same. In short, the food was unhealthy and unvaried. The rooms were small, with dirty walls and windows, and the bathroom was tiny.
