The place was very clean and comfortable, but the Muzak playing in every common area was annoying.

We stayed with my husband from 25.09. to 29.09 in room 605. Exhausted by the travel time, we asked for a quiet room at check‑in, yet everything turned out to be on a road with 24/7 traffic, congestion, and constant car noise – no sleep with the window open. Near the room the carpet was worn to the point of being completely bald, probably because smokers use the balcony route. Some hallway walls had peeling wallpaper. The rooms were average; upon arrival we requested an extra vacuuming because the floors had turned black from our bare feet. The in‑room safe didn’t work, and a young receptionist tried to call someone but was rudely told to leave; the next morning he handed us the key to the safe, saying there was no other solution. The shower water was weak, the drain was slow, there was no hygienic shower, so we had to rinse with a bottle of water like the Kyrgyz people with jug water. Breakfast was scanty, with some confusing mayonnaise salads. The breakfast staff was just one person who honestly yawned or fiddled with his phone behind the bar, occasionally collecting dishes and putting them on plates for the hotel management.

“Comfortable hotel near centre”

The bed was very comfortable, the room had a fridge, and the two free water bottles per day were much appreciated. The shower was the best I’ve had – hot and with great pressure. The reception staff were helpful day and night. Special thanks to Violetta for arranging a hair salon and manicure appointment and getting me a taxi. Breakfast was fine, but the coffee was disappointing.
