I appreciated the free parking and the club floor, but the breakfast closed too early, only one elevator worked all day with rattling chains, and the doors kept swinging open to the back area, which felt creepy. Housekeeping knocked on my door at 7 am and again at 8 am, waking me up and preventing me from sleeping again. My checkout was supposed to be extended to 12 pm instead of the usual 11 am, and there was no “Do Not Disturb” placard for me to hang on the door.

The elevators opened doors on both sides, revealing dirty laundry baskets and employees, and the beds could have been more comfortable.

Check‑in staff were amazing and very accommodating, but the sheets weren’t completely clean.
