How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I picked the room because it was spacious, comfortable, clean, cheap, and had a TV; the location is great, with the town centre only 5 minutes away by car.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom clean. The carpets were dirty and moldy, the banister was loose and I nearly had a heart attack when it came loose from the wall, the kitchen was absolutely grimy and the other residents cook but don't clean it; it needs massive improvement, but it was cheap so that was a bonus, I guess.

I had a great stay at this property; the bed was really comfortable and the property clean and tidy, close to a retail park and shops, so very convenient.

It was such a good price, it was clean and tidy and there was plenty of communication from the host. The only downside was that the entrance had steep steps and a slope, which wouldn't be great for people with poor mobility.
