The front desk clerk was friendly, and the staff took time to explain everything so we could enjoy our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the complimentary benefit was a wonderful added bonus. I don’t see any negatives from our two‑day visit.

Everything was fine—very clean and comfortable. The Quality & Inn Augusta I‑20 was surrounded by several good restaurants within walking distance. My husband really enjoyed our stay. If we ever return to Augusta, we’ll definitely stay at Quality Inn & Suites I‑20 Augusta, GA. August 2026.
