The pool areas were thoughtfully designed and pleasant for families, and the buffet was decent. However, the bedding was very uncomfortable, the rooms had an unbearable sewer smell, and there were cockroaches and ants in both the rooms and the living area. Some guests left trash around the loungers and occupied them all day without anyone, which was annoying. The buffet, while acceptable, lacked variety and had some disappointments like uncooked rice and overly salty dishes. The reception staff were unresponsive and showed little concern for our issues; after reporting the odor and bedding problems we received no updates and had to follow up the next day. We had asked for an upgrade upon arrival, but the staff assured us the accommodation was already excellent and the upgrade was unnecessary.

The pool complex was great, especially for kids, and the location was nice for strolling. The food was terrible; breakfast offered almost no fruit and was the same each day. Dinner options were limited and the quality was poor. The staff rarely offered a friendly word and seemed completely overwhelmed. There were too many people and not enough space for guests to eat, especially when the sun wasn’t out. Lying were already reserved at 8 am, and the dishes were often dirty. In the morning there was still leftover dirt from the previous night outside.

The buffet varied daily, there were three child‑friendly pools, the location was close to the beach, and various services were available on site. The rooms were poorly insulated; we could easily hear what was happening next door. The volume of the children’s activities was too loud, and we couldn’t enjoy the terrace during those hours.
