“It was ok for a one or two days trip.”

Room is small. Bathroom is small. Bed mattress was very soft. I prefer firm due to back issues. My only gripe is the TV is dependent on a ROKU membership if you want to view YOUTUBETV to view ESPN, ABC, CBS, NBC etc. If you do not have this you cannot view local channels. You have a choice of old movies or old TV shows. I suggest they get a subscription to youtubetv show you can watch a multitude of premium channels. The TV set up. Requires Youtubetv subscription to see major channels. No local channels

After a day at Black Canyon of the Gunnison, the walkable location made for good restaurant options, and the check‑in lady gave solid dining tips. However, the comforter had an old cigarette burn, the sheets had small stains, and the bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly.
