“Awesome staff and overall experience”
The hotel’s facilities, breakfast, and staff were good, but there’s no parking and no gym.

Nothing special at all. It’s the most boring hotel I’ve ever stayed in; I usually stay at 5‑star GL, and this one is the worst. The staff were lazy and hid from work, the entrance door was closed so employees didn’t have to work, and on Wednesday they told us there was nothing to eat because the kitchen closed at 7 pm in August in Mallorca. Anyone who goes there will have to rely on Glovo for dinner. The suggested restaurants list is unreliable; we tried one and it was between pathetic and disappointing. If you want rushed, cheap food, this is the place. This is the first review I’ve ever written in my life. It’s absolutely lamentable. Don’t go; there are better options. Regards.

The historic vibe was gorgeous, the shared spaces were tastefully decorated, the personnel were exceptionally kind and helpful, and for our daughter there was a surprise – everyone knew it was her birthday and she received a small birthday cake, which was incredible!

The staff, food, and cleanliness were amazing, the hotel was beautiful, and there was nothing to complain about.

From the moment I walked into the lobby I was blown away; the welcome drink was perfect, the building’s history was beautiful, the room was flawless, and it was an unforgettable experience. The staff were all wonderful, attentive, and went beyond what I expected, and the location was an added bonus.
