“I would not recommend this hostel”
I’m extremely disappointed with my stay at this hostel. The property was dirty — I even found a large dead cockroach under my bed. There are also no lockers or secure storage facilities for your belongings. Fortunately, I had my car with me, because I would not have felt comfortable leaving my things unattended. To be honest, this doesn’t really feel like a hostel. It feels more like a bar with a few rooms where six beds have been placed. There are supposedly two dormitories, but the walls are not properly closed, so you can clearly hear everything happening in the other room. During my stay, there was also a long‑term guest who was extremely inconsiderate. He was watching a movie at a very high volume until 2 am, even after I asked him twice to turn it down. There is also no proper kitchen for guests staying in the dormitories. You are apparently supposed to use the kitchen in the apartment, but if someone is already there, you cannot really use it, which is very inconvenient. Finally, as a solo female traveller, I did not feel safe during my stay. The entrance door to the “hostel” is constantly open, which made me feel particularly uncomfortable. And I haven’t seen anyone for three days… Overall, I would not recommend this hostel.
