Good price, great location, and clean rooms, but only one elevator was operational and the blankets were few, old, and plain.
Nice location and quiet, but the pre‑check‑in was annoying and inadequate, the shower heated and cooled too quickly, the air conditioner was loud, and the furniture—bed, sheets, sofa—was in bad condition.
The building sits in a good spot and the common areas are solid, but the room smelled bad, the AC was unreliable and noisy, and the pillows and blankets were disappointing; none of the elevators worked, so we had to use the service lift, which was rough and occasionally locked with people inside.

Room 109’s window faces the outside and has a zinc sheet roof; when it rained at night the noise was so intense I couldn’t sleep, so this room should be sealed off or have a wall added to block the sound.
Good location and service, but the furniture was very old, the curtains were torn, everything in the room was antiquated, the main elevator was out of order so we had to use the staff elevator, which was in poor shape, and the hall felt too relaxed when we left.
