Everything was very clean, no issues at all, and I received extra towels when I asked. The air didn’t work well; we’re under a heat advisory, the wall unit was broken, and there was only one vent for the whole room for the thermostat.

Its location was good. There were no napkins in the lobby by the coffee machine, the bed was too low to the floor, the mattress was very uncomfortable, and the bed slept like a worn sofa bed.

The front desk staff were kind. The first room was disgusting—floors looked like they hadn’t been swept, food and junk were under the fridge and spilling out, a dead roach was on the bathroom floor, and the elevator worked only one of the three days, which was extremely frustrating; the staff even said it happens every weekend, which is completely unacceptable. If this place weren’t so new it would be a complete dump, and it seems like management will run this place into the ground in a few years and it’ll become another long‑term slum.
