Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, thanks to the comfortable rooms and the efforts of the manager, Michael, who was always willing to help. However, the noise level was a major issue, with both external and internal disturbances making it difficult to relax. Despite Michael's best efforts, we often had to intervene to maintain a peaceful atmosphere.
