How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The staff were super accessible; we arrived late and he stayed in touch via WhatsApp to make the reception easy. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom spacious with a great shower. The location is perfect for accessing tourist spots, and the street is quiet.

The location is good, but it felt very lonely; check‑in is by phone, with no personal contact.

The price was great and the spot was close to the city centre. However, the photos didn't match reality, the shower door was broken and the privacy was zero – if you’re solo it’s fine and clean, but with a family it’s not the best choice, and we had to leave the hotel the next morning.

The room was spotless and cozy. The only issue was that the kitchen lacked emergency food for guests.

The location was spot‑on and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We had no complaints at all.
