How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The place sits right on the main shopping street, and the pool and small gym are nice. The room was tidy and pretty, and breakfasts were very good. However, there was no air‑conditioning; being on the top floor with the sun made it impossible to stay in the room without overheating, so sleeping at night was hard. The bathroom was tiny and the shower doors were uncomfortable.

The hotel is on the main promenade, which is convenient for walking or getting to other accommodations during the day. The restaurant cooked luxuriously and offered a Swedish buffet with a wide variety of cold and hot dishes. The hotel also has a nice pool, whirlpool, and salt cave. The room looked good at first glance, and the surroundings are great for strolling along the promenade or mountain hiking. The bathrooms were absolutely awful – mold was noticeable, and when the lights were on the fan blew out a bad smell. The bathrooms were tiny. The second disaster was the mattresses: too soft, the whole bed creaked, and the same went for the floors, which could be heard from neighboring rooms. Fortunately, we didn’t have noisy neighbors, so we could sleep.

The breakfast was great, and the location is fantastic right in the heart of the lively center. I would have liked a refrigerator.

The location and 24‑hour access to the spa are good. Unfortunately, the hotel had water supply problems (I don’t know if this is a permanent issue or just luck on our part), and the management’s reaction to the matter is somewhat surprising—just bear with it. The hotel also claims it is a centralized outage, yet none of the city’s sites announced a breakdown or scheduled works.

Nothing. Everything was dirty, the comfort level was zero, and for the money there are no words. It feels like a PRL center, the rooms smell of chemicals, the floor creaks, the beds are uncomfortable, and the breakfast is okay but otherwise there are no positives.
