“Tolles Hotel für Urlaub am Gardasee”
Modern, well equipped, friendly staff, directly on the lake.

The location is great, on the shore of the lake. Good walking options along the lake in both directions. Very quiet. Also good for trips to nearby centers and cities, centrally located. The facilities in this price range are fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Cleanliness is good, both outside and inside. Complete and high‑quality breakfast. Also the quality of the plates served in the restaurant is good. (But the variety is limited.) Some drawbacks: the TV shows only a few Italian channels, no foreign ones. That’s a real drawback! And the signal isn’t always stable. Weak Wi‑Fi. Frequent loss of connection. The menu variation is too limited. Five options per course, but during the five days we stayed we were served the same menu each time. It could be better!
The building is very pretty and modern right next to the lake, and the staff are kind and courteous.
“INCANTEVOLE”
Location 10. Just outside the center of Peschiera. Cleanliness 10. Room facing the lake, large and perfectly equipped (with kettle and Nespresso for coffee! And birthday biscuits for my birthday on the arrival day). Comfortable mattress, two pillows of different thicknesses appreciated. Huge, spotless shower. Super soft bathrobes and towels. Excellent pool with diligent maintenance staff. Five‑star breakfast, out of the ordinary! 20 degrees fixed in the room (25 September was definitely too cold!). We asked to turn off the air conditioning and they didn’t, citing system problems. We asked for an extra duvet, answer: “I’ll see if I can find one.” Luckily she found it! 🤕 The next day I bought a Trony heat‑ventilator after THREE SEVERAL REQUESTS TO HAVE MORE HEAT IN THE ROOM (nothing, 20 degrees fixed!). An excellent hotel should, in my opinion, RESOLVE customer problems, NOT JUST EXPLAIN THE INCONVENIENCE. I am hopeful they will succeed next time!
“Tolle ruhige Lage - optisch durch Kunstrasen aufgehübscht.”
The location is very quiet with a view of Lake Garda, and the pool is clean and well maintained. The sun loungers are always available and cleaned. The staff are helpful and friendly. Parking is sufficient, some spots are covered, and they are available. The entire “grass area” is artificial turf – it looks low‑maintenance and “evergreen” in the photos, but we would have preferred real grass for a more pleasant feel.
