The hotel is close to the station and the front desk staff were very helpful. The breakfast spread was wide and the dining area was lovely, letting me relax while eating. The wallpaper in my room was dirty, which was unpleasant.

Convenient location. Close to train and a good mall for all the shopping needs. Meals at the hotel were well above what most hotels provide. Only a small number of car parks on site but do provide paid tickets for parking lots close by

The location was great, the foyer impressive, parking convenient, and the reception staff efficient; breakfast was very good. However, the service at dinner in the Chinese restaurant was terrible, and the handbasin in our bathroom was cracked and unhygienic.

The place was close to Hitachi Station and the price was a good deal, but when I returned with my elderly mother for a second stay the bathtub had no anti‑slip surface and, just like last time, she couldn’t get out of the tub and had to drain all the water to escape, so I hope the facility becomes more senior‑friendly.

The staff had a kind demeanor, yet the entire floor and my room reeked of cigarette smoke despite being a non‑smoking room, which made the stay very uncomfortable.
