The staff talked, made noise, and slammed doors all night. When I asked to change rooms for the second night, they offered to make me leave and even cancelled my booking on Booking without my knowledge; I had to restore it through support. The sheet had black stains.

The room was huge and the front desk was open 24/7. The hotel felt almost empty, so it was surprisingly quiet at night and in the morning, which was a shock because I expected a lively atmosphere. The supplies were all there and the towels were clean, and the view from the window showed the tower and mountains. The staff were fairly polite. The mattress was probably a three‑year‑old model from when rooms were still clean and undamaged, and the mattresses were only just purchased. Now the carpet is so soaked that I don’t want to walk without slippers (a definite plus that slippers are provided), the walls are splattered with something, the furniture is worn, the mattress has only springs and a cover left (I haven’t slept on such a thing in ages), and the window didn’t close fully – I had to toss around all night on sharp springs and hear the street.

“Никому не рекомендую”

The management is always sleeping. I was evicted early and the refund was never returned. The sanitary conditions in the apartments are terrible: bad smell, dirt, dust, and poor ventilation.

“I would recommend only for travellers without small kids its good value for money but a bit uncomfortable heating system”

It was cold without the air conditioner, but it felt stuffy when we tried to heat the room with it. The location is a bit remote and the hotel building has thin walls.

The luxury room is big and the price is good for the quality. For the price, everything is fine.
