“Da dimenticare”
I didn't notice anything that stood out as a plus, so I can't really recommend it. Honestly, I think it's better to just leave this place without a rating.

The little pensione felt really charming, with tiny rooms and two shared bathrooms down the hall that never got crowded. We slept well, ate dinner there twice and the food was excellent – you can tell the restaurant is a local favorite. The staff were friendly and it’s clearly a family‑run operation, so I had no complaints at all.

Staying just outside Lugano worked perfectly for my daily hospital trips – easy to reach and cheap enough not to break the bank. I avoided city traffic completely, and the pizza they served was fresh, stone‑oven baked and downright tasty. The staff were super friendly, making the whole stay feel top‑notch.

The room had its own shower, which was a nice touch, but when I showed up on Saturday there was no breakfast service at all.

I only needed a room for a single night and got exactly that – a bed, a restaurant with generous portions, and staff who were quick to help. Saturday breakfast wasn’t served, but a lady handed me a sandwich later in the evening, which was a decent workaround. The only odd thing was that the room didn’t have a trash can.
