“With a little effort it could be brilliant but as it stands, i can’t recommend it.”

The property was reasonably well equipped, and a big plus was that they offered ground coffee, which was much appreciated. The upper pool was lovely and the balcony views were excellent. The long drive on the main road was in bad repair, burst and very bumpy. We ended up paying more than advertised, and they wanted to charge a 5 % fee for debit‑card payment. They assured us the sheets were 100 % cotton, but they were polyester, which is terrible in warm climates. At 7:00 a.m. the first morning we were woken by the sound of them filling the water tank next to our room; it was very loud but got quieter as the tank filled. The bathroom had a damp, unpleasant smell when we arrived. All in all, for one of the more expensive properties it isn’t worth it and the site staff need improvement; their off‑site staff were more helpful.

Charming place and one of the best decisions for our holiday stay. The beach is close to the apartment, though the location is quite elevated, so having a car is recommended. Thanks to the elevation, the view from the pool was absolutely stunning. The host was kind and very welcoming. 9/10

“We had a beautiful, relaxing week.”

The house manager, Charmaine, was a huge help with recommendations and setting up events for us! The views and pools were lovely. Our studio had everything we needed and was very well equipped. The only downside was the drive to the property; the roads are rough!

We loved the views. However, we were charged a 5% fee for paying by card on site, and we were not told about this beforehand. I even messaged the owner before arrival about payment and was not warned. The house manager on site who took the payment said I could have paid by cash to avoid the fee, even though the booking says no cash accepted… This needs to be rectified and made clear.

“UN ANNIVERSAIRE INOUBLIABLE A MORINGA VILLA”

Quel merveilleux séjour au Moringa Villa, un vrai coup de cœur pour la vue exceptionnelle qu'offre l'espace piscine sur le toit, tellement agréable d'observer le couchée du soleil. Le logement tout le nécessaire avec la petite kitchenette, fer à repasser etc.tout le confort nécessaire, la chambre est climatisé et ventilé, la douche est incroyablement grande. Logement à 15 minutes de marche de la célèbre place de Anse Chastanet même si le retour est sportif à cause des montés. Par contre a savoir excentré du centre ville. Restaurant CAILLE Blanc Villa juste en face du logement. Un anniversaire inoubliable à Moringa Villa
