How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
I tried to check in, but the place was already taken by the owners. They told me it wasn’t available for guests and refused to let me in, so I never used the service. It was a total letdown.

I booked for two, sent a 50% deposit, but when I got there no one opened the door. Manuel told me to cancel and talk directly, but after a brief chat he vanished. I lost the deposit and had to scramble to a hotel and spa nearby.

The pool area was clean and pleasant, but the sheets were stained and the bathroom was a mess—dirty windows, unwashed floor, leaking sink. We had to ask for new towels; they were okay but far from hotel‑standard.
