Strand- und Wellnesshotel Preussenhof

Our room was actually an apartment. HUGE! An apartment with a large living room with balcony, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and a wonderful view from the balcony over the sea, pier, and promenade. Breakfast was excellent. At arrival there was a strange stale smell in the room. After ventilating and using the heater it disappeared. The breakfast staff were partly unfriendly – very short‑skirted and seemed bored and exhausted. When we spoke to them kindly they woke up and seemed more engaged.

The location and view are very nice. Breakfast was very abundant and tasty. The staff were very friendly and tried to find a solution for every concern. The suite was very dull and monotonous in décor. No flowers, no decoration. Too little cutlery. The furniture creaks when you move in the living room. The chairs at the dining table were unfortunately very uncomfortable.

Breakfast, room and location were top; the staff were very nice and helpful. The furnishings of the room need to be modernised.

“Der Aufenthalt in Zinnowitz war wie immer sehr schön und erholsam.”

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Zimmer sind ruhig und großzügig. Der Zimmerservice kam erst nach Aufforderung. Sauberkeit im Treppenhaus ließ zu wünschen übrig

Das Frühstück war sehr Gut. Personal freundlich. Kein Kühlschrank. Zimmer verlebt. Tapete teilweise abgelöst. Thermostat ausgebrochen. Lüftungsanlage macht Lärm. Parkgebühr 12 € Schranke nie geschlossenPreis ist dennoch gehoben!?
