“Super desconfortável”
I stayed in this room from Friday to Sunday, and unfortunately, it was a major disappointment. The room was dirty — the headboard, table, and door had visible dirt and stains. I have photos to document the condition. There was also a strong smell of marijuana, cigarette smoke, and urine. The air-conditioning units were leaking water onto the floor, and the staircase was completely wet. I even had to buy bleach to clean the bathroom because I did not feel comfortable using it without cleaning it first. I was also unsure whether the bedspread and towels were actually clean. I ended up moving to another hotel because I simply could not feel comfortable in the room. I paid for a stay expecting cleanliness and comfort, so this was very disappointing, and I would not return. The staff were very friendly and polite, and I have no complaints about them. The problem was the cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel. Fiquei nesse quarto de sexta a domingo e, infelizmente, foi uma grande decepção. O quarto estava sujo: a cabeceira, a mesa e a porta tinham marcas e sujeira visíveis. Tenho fotos para comprovar. Também havia cheiro forte de maconha, cigarro e urina. O ar-condicionado estava pingando água no chão e a escada estava toda molhada. Cheguei a comprar bleach para limpar o banheiro porque não me senti confortável em usá-lo sem limpar antes. Também fiquei insegura sobre a limpeza da colcha e das toalhas. Acabei mudando de hotel porque não consegui me sentir confortável no quarto. Paguei por uma estadia esperando limpeza e conforto, então fiquei muito decepcionada e não voltaria. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e educados, e não tenho nenhuma reclamação sobre eles. O problema foi realmente a limpeza e a manutenção do hotel
