Everything was extremely clean, organized, super equipped, a romantic refuge for couples who need privacy and rest. I would definitely come back. We had no setbacks.

The spot is perfect! Very calm! The cabin is very private, spacious and cozy. I loved the bathtub, it has a thermometer mechanism that keeps the water at the temperature you choose. The pool area, games and lounge are well designed. Everything is thought out with a lot of care! The smell of mold inside the cabin. There were spiders with webs and everything on the pillow. There was a large variety of utensils, but the only mold that was there was unusable. There was an unwanted guest on the roof – that has a night ladder. Kkkkk

Everything was going well. On the last day, the host contacted me saying that cameras and staff had detected an extra vehicle next to my suite, claiming it was a breach of the lease agreement. I immediately replied that there was no one else, only me and my fiancée. The host said she would check the footage. Then something went wrong, because before bothering the guest with that claim, they should have checked the cameras first, not after. After that, she said I should stay calm. When I was leaving, the gate was closed and the key that was supposed to be accessible was not there. It was in the possession of an employee who was cutting grass. And when I asked for the key, he said it was “the order of Dona Sandra.” That was absurd. Besides the false information about more people on site, they acted to prevent me from my right to come and go, which is conduct that could be reported and classified under criminal law. For that reason, I rated this experience as very bad and do not recommend anyone to stay at Chácara Conexão Natureza.

I loved the calm, the isolated cabin… We were looking to feel at peace and our weekend was exactly that. Nothing to criticize.
