The location was awful, totally bad, and they charged me for the night even though I cancelled. The place was terrible, far away, hard to reach, and isolated from people.

The staff were very friendly, helped us find things and gave great tips for our stay. Breakfast was also good. Clean and well‑maintained. The beds were very comfortable.

⭐One of the best stays we've ever had!!!⭐ My husband and I have travelled to over 30 countries together and stayed in all kinds of places, from simple hotels to boutique stays and 5‑star resorts. I can honestly say that Palazzo Montefiore is one of the best places we've ever stayed at. What made this place so special was the people. The level of hospitality was incredible. We honestly felt like the staff were our personal assistants because they helped us with everything. They recommended places to visit and restaurants, printed our boarding passes, upgraded our room, let us check out later free of charge, prepared takeaway breakfast before 6 a.m. for our early tour, and the owner even treated both of us to a complimentary hammam. There were so many thoughtful gestures during our stay that I can't even remember them all. The best part was that everyone genuinely seemed to love their job and cared about making guests feel welcome. The riad itself is absolutely beautiful and feels like something out of a fairy tale. Everything was spotless and very well looked after. As a woman, I also loved that they had a proper hairdryer with a nozzle attachment, which is surprisingly rare in hotels! The breakfasts and dinners were fresh, delicious and some of the best food we had in Morocco. Thank you for making our stay so special. Palazzo Montefiore is a true gem, and we wish the owner and the whole team nothing but happiness, success and prosperity. We hope to come back one day! ❤️
