The only good thing was how close the hotel was to the airport. From the start things went wrong: the key I got didn’t work, so I had to go back down to fix it. The room itself was far from what the online photos promised—everything felt dated, the building looked old, and the cleanliness was doubtful. The furniture was stained, the TV was broken, and I had to call the front desk again to complain. About an hour into my stay I was moved to a new room, and then someone tried to enter my room. They had a key because the door unlocked, but luckily my lock was on, otherwise they could have gotten in. I reported the incident, but nobody came to check on my safety or to find out who had entered. I felt unsafe for the rest of the night and stayed in my room the whole time.
