The facilities were excellent, everything was very clean, the reception staff were friendly and spoke great English, and the location was fantastic. The only downside was a very sensitive fire alarm.

I first spotted UH hotel online because of the big spa tub in the room, and I only wanted to book UH, but it was fully booked. I was disappointed and couldn’t find any hotels that had a special design with a big bathtub. After a week of searching, I searched again. Suddenly UH hotel was available! I had no doubt and booked it immediately. The two kids were so happy to soak 🛁 in the bath for an hour every day! They even wanted to bathe in the morning! It helped us relax and sleep well at night after the bath. The location is good, on a quiet street full of cafés, Korean barbecue restaurants, and a 7‑11 next door. WhatsApp communication with staff is quick. Taking an Uber to Lotte World/Lotte Mall is very quick within 20 minutes. Walking distance to Starfield Library, which is amazing! We love your hotel! Next time we come back to Seoul, we would like to stay again! Thank you. 🤩 The only comment is that when we first arrived, the reception felt a bit cold and spoke too fast. Hope you can put on more smiling faces :) Overall, it’s very good!

The room felt cute, modern, comfortable and stylish, and the location was good in a fairly affluent neighbourhood with a nice park nearby; the beds were an acceptable size and four people slept comfortably. However, the room turned out smaller than it looks in the photos, the tub was just a regular one—not a Jacuzzi, the materials were merely passable, and daily cleaning wasn’t offered—only water, fresh towels and trash removal, with a full clean (including sheet change) on the fourth day; I think the bathroom should be cleaned every day. One bed was fine, the other was not, which is puzzling.

The water was replenished and everything stayed tidy. There were always enough towels. The staff was super nice. The carpet needed cleaning; the floor had a bit of dirt stains. The spa tub had some oils and residue when I turned it on.

The accommodation was pleasant and beautiful for a family. Accessibility was not obvious with a limousine bus. We had to take an Uber with our luggage. It’s 15 minutes from Mall COEX by bus and then on foot. To get to the airport on the return, we took a private van that the hotel booked for us on request. All the restaurants around are not open very late.
