The beds were comfortable, the rooftop pool was great, and breakfast was tasty with plenty of variety. However, the hotel only provided limited shampoo and no shower gel; the bar of soap was meant for hand washing in the main sink, which felt below a 5‑star standard. The bathroom also started leaking on the second night because of heavy rainfall, indicating previous water damage that needs better maintenance.
