How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
location was fantastic, the room was very big. the bathroom was missing one of the sheer curtains, so I had to use the blackout curtain. there was gum (or something like it) stuck to the ceiling above the bed. the small makeup mirror was broken. I was double charged for the stay, once by booking and once by the property

Finding the front of the hotel was a challenge—Google directed us to the back side and there were no signs. When we finally located the valet area, it was empty at first.

The scent of the place lingered with me; it was surprisingly fresh from the front door through the hallways, elevators, and all the way to the 14th floor. The rooms were impeccably maintained and the overall consistency was impressive. I would have liked a more convenient on‑site store or a wider selection of items; the vending machine was convenient but expensive for small quantities.

The room and bed were comfortable, and the corner suite offered an amazing view with a divine bathtub. Access to the club floor made breakfast and snacks convenient throughout the day and into the evening. The staff were friendly and helpful. I didn’t realize how little there was to do in the downtown core, so I didn’t rent a car; we were only there for a few days to see ‘RAYE’ in concert. We also used the pool, which was very shallow but nice for a quick dip.
