Very clean and so close to Jones Beach theater and tons of restaurants!. No elevator, a little dated

Parking is plentiful wherever you look. The only issue is that the stair steps aren’t wide enough.

The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well. The room itself was very small, didn’t feel worth what we paid, and the stairs to reach it were extremely steep.

For our purpose of heading to Jones Beach Theater, the location works great—it’s a 10‑15 minute drive. The room was comfortable, clean, and tidy. Behind the hotel is a park for walking or running, quite safe. Parking is available. Everything else was fine.
