The hotel’s reservation management was disorganized. I booked Hotel Horizonte through an app, paid in advance, and upon arrival was told the room had been given to other guests even though my reservation was confirmed in the app. The receptionist was courteous and offered another hotel with the same nightly rate, which somewhat eased the inconvenience, but the serious failure in reservation handling remains. No prior notice or guarantee of accommodation caused a major hassle. Future guests should contact the hotel directly to confirm their booking with reception, as my pre‑payment and app confirmation were not enough to secure the stay. Frustrating and indicative of internal disorganization. I do not recommend.
