I had an accident: a sting from a manta ray. I wanted to leave and get treatment, and asked for the rest of my stay to be refunded, but the owner refused to refund or even be empathetic. There was no warning about the risk of manta rays, and I was shocked by the owner’s response when I tried to claim the remaining two days of my reservation. I don’t recommend this place because it’s so frustrating to feel that pain and not be understood or helped.

The sea view and night sky were beautiful, the room was spacious with comfy beds and good cooling, and the pool and beach were clean. The shower door was half‑open and let a lot of water out, and there was no TV to relax after an active day.

The views from the room were great. The staff were super friendly! The pool was a bit dirty, and on the days we were there, there were many kids.
