The front desk lady was super friendly and went out of her way to help us. The carpet in our room was dirty, the swing bar door lock was broken, one of the two bathroom lights was out making it dark, and the toilet seat was peeling. Breakfast was just okay.

Nice, convenient location. The hallway carpet has big stains that need cleaning or replacement.

Breakfast pretty meager. At 7:45 am only 2 sausage links there. Other food was okay. No one really paying attention to the area. Coffee needed refilling. The facility has an odor. Our room especially. The hallway carpets are the worse I’ve seen anywhere. Not clean and massive stains all the way down hall

The staff were very nice. The breakfast items were poor quality, the room felt stuffy and smelled like socks, and the bathroom and linens were poorly cleaned.

My family and I felt safe! The air conditioner in the room was dirty. The picnic table area near the pool had cigarette butts and trash on the ground.
