The location was good, but the hotel had broken glass on the doors, the elevator, and hallways—all filthy. My bathroom had a ceiling tile falling down and water leaking out.

I couldn't find anything good to mention, except that the cutie oranges at breakfast were decent. The elevators were broken and we were stuck on the 3rd floor; the stairs had peeling flooring, and both the room and hallways reeked of mold, curry, and onion. The tub had rust, the bathroom ceiling was sagging, there was no garbage bin or ice bucket, the bedspreads were dirty, and the hallway carpets were filthy with stains and food crumbs. It was the worst place I have ever stayed, yet we paid and had no other options, so we stayed.

I left immediately after arrival because the place smelled like something had died, and I noticed possible bullet holes in the walls. A cat was even seen in the parking lot, and staff mentioned that there are “diseases” living here. I got a refund, but I would not stay here again.

There was absolutely nothing good about this place; it should be out of business. Everything was dirty, doors and sinks were cracked, the bed and rooms looked like they had never been cleaned, and at least five people tried to get a refund during our stay.

The hotel was about a 23‑minute drive to the amphitheater and close to Target, but the property was in shambles. The building looked ready for demolition, with peeling wallpaper held by staples, cockroaches in the room and hallways, and no fire detectors in our room. Everything was disgusting, and I was so uncomfortable that I slept fully clothed and left as soon as I felt safe.
