The hotel is extremely close to the Golden Temple. Hot water was available, and there were ceiling fans in the room. A mini fridge let us store drinks and medicine. However, towels weren’t changed automatically each day; we had to ask for fresh ones, but they were provided.

The Indian breakfast on the veranda of the top floor, overlooking the temple, was great, and there is an elevator. The front desk is staffed 24 hours. They helped us book a train that was hard to secure because of a waiting list.

The rooms were infested with cockroaches and dusty. We changed rooms twice, but the problem persisted. The photos are misleading.

The location was good for the Golden Temple. The rooms could use a makeover because they were very tired. We booked two family rooms, but each room only had one bed. They did put up to z beds up, which did the job.
