“Dirty bed sheets”
Nothing really stood out, but the breakfast gave me the runs, and the room was dirty with bad bed sheets.

Security was very good and I felt safe, there was no noise, staff were very pleasant. Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and tea/coffee were refilled on request. The bed was so comfy. The ensuite was small but functional. There were plenty of sockets and storage, though I would have liked a cabinet on either side of the bed if the room had space. The stairs were a problem because the message about needing a ground or lower level wasn’t communicated. I asked management to move us to a lower floor and we were lucky to get a room the next day. Brilliant.

The day I left was disappointing because the breakfast was poor and the place was not clean.

The area was decent, yet the place needs an upgrade; there was no housekeeping, no coffee or milk, so we had to buy our own.
