The Japanese and modest Swedish breakfast were delicious, the business district was incredibly quiet and clean, and the hotel itself felt strictly business‑oriented with mostly local entrepreneurs, keeping it tidy and very quiet—though not ideal for families with small children. The area is great, close to the metro and a convenience store. If I ever go back to Tokyo, I’ll definitely stay here again.

The bed was pretty comfortable and the pillows were just right, but after only one night I woke up with an allergic reaction on my face, the bedding wasn’t clean enough and the humidity control needs improvement.

The location is good for nearby metro stations and walking to Akihabara, and the breakfast is decent. The room itself was quite small, even by Japanese standards, and there was a faint sewerage smell on the ground floor.

The spot was close, just a few train stops from the event I attended, and the price offered great value. Breakfast was free, the train station was nearby, and the front desk staff spoke English. The walls were thin, so I could hear the next room snoring, and the breakfast area in the lobby felt cramped.
