The ad promised 2 single beds 90‑130 cm, but the room had a single 160 cm double bed; I raised the issue right away because I needed at least 180 cm, yet no solution was offered. They offered a room upgrade, which I declined, so the small bed problem persisted. I stayed only one of the three booked nights. The property refused any refund. The next insult was that when I booked, I was told parking costs 35 zł per night from 01.09, but on the spot they charged 50 zł. Service was abysmal; I’ll never return. The food was mediocre; one evening every warm dish had dill, whether potatoes, carrots, or chicken, and the selection was limited. The taste was off, and the juices were overly sweet—disgusting. No cocoa or coffee in the evening. Breakfast was also disappointing: the rolls were rubbery, the coffee line was endless, there was no Nutella despite prior complaints, and no croissants or similar items.
