The room stayed very quiet and the hotel sits in a great spot, just a block from wildlife (we spotted a black bear across the street) and a few blocks from the main road and eateries, making access simple. The staff were friendly and answered all our questions. Parking was convenient, right outside our room, which made moving luggage in and out hassle‑free. The pillows were disappointingly flat and unsupportive, so new ones are needed. The room was a bit cramped, leaving little room to open suitcases without bumping into other items.

The place had a great vibe and the staff were genuinely friendly, plus the view from our corner of the outdoor deck was a real treat. It felt good to support the Jasper community after the fire, and the fridge in the room covered most of our needs. The only thing missing was a microwave in the room—otherwise everything was spot on.

The spot is right where you want to be, but the staff really blew up over a simple microwave request. We needed just five minutes because of our diet, and they snapped at us, saying we could only use it before 9 am because “other staff are coming.” It felt like they only look after their own little group and don’t care about the rest of the guests.

Location couldn’t be better and the parking right by the room made arrivals easy; the bed was comfy and the staff were quick to help. The rooms themselves are on the small side compared to what we’ve seen in Canada, and there’s no iron in the room—just a shared iron elsewhere. Still, the overall stay was solid despite those minor quirks.
