1. Throughout the stay there was no hot water in the cabin; we couldn’t shower properly, and there was nothing to say about using the jacuzzi, which was the main reason we closed the place. The owner responded only the next day with an absurd solution: go to another building to shower. Even there the water lasted only a few minutes. 2. The outdoor area and courtyard were neglected and uninviting; one night the extension was in complete darkness and we had to eat in the dark with flashlights. 3. Maintenance was very poor – the jacuzzi coating was peeling, and the bed made loud, disturbing noises with any light movement. 4. Parking was by first‑come, first‑served, which made arrival and stay difficult. 5. In the neglected city center area you hear all the noise of passing cars and honking on the road.
