This hotel is pathetic. The rooms are not clean, bedsheets are not clean, and I found previous residents' hair on the bedsheets. They don't give slippers, so I had to ask for a dental kit and shaving kit. The AC is not working properly, the TV remote isn't working properly, and the AC remote isn't working properly. I had to change my room thrice. The kettle was not there, no glass for water, and hangers were missing. The bedsheets are torn. Still, the hotel reception staff was complacent and their attitude was like "this is what it is" at the time of check‑in. I can't do much. Definitely doesn't command the price it is charging. Only the staff at reception during check‑out was decent.
