The toilet was leaking and the toilet‑paper holder lay broken on the floor; I reported it immediately but nothing was done, even though they promised a fix. Wi‑Fi was nonexistent everywhere except the lobby. I had to pull two grasshoppers and a cockroach out of my bed. No information about breakfast was given, so I had to ask about everything myself. Although everything was prepaid, they made us sign a form at check‑in saying they weren’t liable for any theft and forced us to do so. Hygiene was completely absent, making the whole stay a terrible experience.

I had to pay extra for a large room that I had already booked, and the hotel was definitely not child‑friendly.

Breakfast was great with plenty of options, the hotel sits right by the beach, and the staff were very friendly. The lounge had outdoor seating, a bar, TV screens for football, a free pool table, and darts. However, the floor tiles get sticky from water, the fridges are tiny and dirty, and I found a dead cockroach on the balcony. Rooms are cramped, the building is old, there are few power outlets, and the Wi‑Fi is weak. Kettles and fridges are only supplied on request, and using the safe box costs extra. Balconies are too narrow to sit on, and the loud AC compressor outside forces you to sit under it. The surrounding restaurants play music and karaoke until 12:30‑1 am, making the area extremely noisy. The pool is small and gets crowded during the day, and the AC had to be replaced by a technician because it was loud.
