The central spot was spot on, and the staff were friendly; the lift worked well, and breakfast and dinner were both excellently cooked and presented. The heating in room 412 was on the hot side and there was no way to moderate the temperature with the AC.

I LOVE this hotel. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, the shower was above average, and the staff were so helpful and friendly. The location was within walking distance to almost everything, and I can’t recommend this place highly enough! The food was delicious, too.

The room was fabulous, comfy, and decorated beautifully, with large windows that made it bright and airy; the bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. The treats at the tea & coffee station were a lovely touch. I’ll definitely come back. Michelle was so friendly and helpful at breakfast—hospitality done right.

The location was perfect, the deluxe room was just beautiful and the beds were comfortable. The bar was very inviting, had a lovely atmosphere, and the staff were great. I was not disappointed with anything about this hotel.
