Modernes, großes City Appartement 95 qm

We really liked the spacious apartment with the roof terrace; apparently the house is being renovated, but that didn't bother us at all. A washing machine and dryer were included in the tiny bathroom, though I wished for a clothes hanger because you can’t put everything in the dryer. The kitchen is a bit cramped, yet it has everything you need, plenty of it. We had to figure out the gas stove at first, but then we could cook. Despite the central location, the apartment was very quiet. The Hainbergsee is recommended, and there are shops and snack spots within walking distance.

“Sehr saubere, geräumige Wohnung :)”

We were pleasantly surprised because the bedroom on site was much larger than the pictures suggested. Parking is right in front of the door, and the surroundings are very quiet. It was very clean, well equipped, and had everything you need. Access to the apartment was straightforward with a door code.

Very pleasant, spacious accommodation; everything you could need is included (coffee machines and coffee, toasters, etc.). The host could not be reached (the phone was unavailable and did not respond to SMS).

“Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt okay.”

The bedrooms were comfortable, and it was nice to have a washing machine and dryer. All the essentials were there. The bathroom was really tiny. The gas stove is not suitable for everyone. The terrace is only an outdoor seating spot. The stairwell was very unpleasant.
